Service Description

Lumen is an AI-powered Web3 agent that enables natural language interactions with blockchain technology. The service is provided "as is" and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

User Responsibilities

As a user of Lumen, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when registering
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Not interfere with or disrupt the service or servers

Blockchain Transactions

Lumen facilitates interactions with blockchain networks. You acknowledge that:

  • All blockchain transactions are irreversible
  • You are responsible for the accuracy of transaction details
  • Network fees (gas fees) are determined by the blockchain network, not Lumen
  • We are not responsible for losses due to user error or blockchain network issues

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Lumen or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use Lumen, even if Lumen or a Lumen authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
